Happy Go Lucky

Today is my day over at Creative Kuts, so I made a card set with the File Happy Go Lucky.

Here is the card set that I made.

For the card base I stamped a Market Street stamp then inked the paper. For the saying I used "I Believe in Leprechauns" from My Creative Time. I colored the image in with copic. I added the gems to card.

Peachy Keen Challenge- Friendship

This week the Peachy Keen Challenge is to make a card with the of Friendship. I had time this weekend to spend time with my puppy Ethan, so I made a card with him in mind.

Here is my card I made.

I love the little boy with the puppies playing. To make this card I used Hopscotch for this paper with the clouds. The grass I used Ribbons & Rosettes with the grass cut. Then I also used copics to make the grass.

I used an EK success punch and Market Street Stamps Pawprints on our hearts for the sentiment. The paws are also from Market Street Stamp Set.

The Boy image was made with Baby Steps. I used Copics to color the skin tone. The shirt was made with Close To My Heart Stamp. The Face was made with Peachy Keen Stamp Boy Mates Face Assortment.

The one puppy was made with the Market Street Stamps Pawprints. The image was colored with copics and was hand cut.

The other puppy was cut from American Alphabet and the face is from Happy-go-lucky Dog Face Assortment. I also added twine for the bows.

Today is my day to post for Creative Kuts. I wanted to make something with St. Paddy's Day Dog.

I made this home decor item. I painted the wood block, and then I inked the around the wood. I used a piece of lace and pearls.

I colored the image with copics St. Paddy's Day Dog.

With all the snow now coming I wanted to make a card that makes me think of spring. I used a stamp from pink by design.

I used B is for the Boy for the Kate. The Face is from Peachy Keen Stamps. I used copics to color the face in.

I inked everything, and I also to give it an aged look. I also used some twine for the bow.

I also my sewing machine to sew the pattern paper. Then I added pearls.

Happy Valentine’s Day. I hope everyone has a wonderful day. I wanted to share a card with you that I made.

The paper I got is from hobby lobby. I used my Cricut to cut out images. The images are from Holiday Cakes Cartridge

I used ink to ink around the edges and I also placed pearls on the card. The face is a a stamp from Peachy Keen.

I will also be inking this card to Queen of my Craft room, because the theme this week is to make a card for your sweetie.

Valentine’s Day Card

Today I'm sharing a card that I made for the Weekly Challenge over at the Cricut Circle.

For my card I made it using the Imagine and Baby Boutique--Teresa Collins.

I cut the Heart out only because I loved the color of the heart. Then I stamped My Creative Time stamps on the heart.

I cut the layers of the card also out with the Imagine and Baby Boutique--Teresa Collins. I used the pre-loaded shapes and filled them used the pattern paper fill.

For the Shape of the card I used Christmas Cards Seasonal Cartridge.

I then added the ribbon and the gem to card.

The photo was used for inpiration for a couple ways.

It looks freash
The colors (green, red, and oranage)
I used fruit
I also made something that could be placed in the kicten

So here is my project

I made an 8x10 wall hanging with canvas. The stamp set that I used for my main inpiration after looking at the photo is Faceless Fruit stamps from Peachy Keen. For the faces on the fruit I used Laughy Taffy Face Assortment.

I also glued some twine on the canvas.

I cut the letters out with my Cricut. I also added some twine.

The little girl is from playtime. I cut the layers on white card stock, and then colored the layers with copics. I used a peachy Keen stamp for the face and then added twine for the bows in the hair.

Happy Friday everyone!! This week has been super busy for me, but I was able to make a card for Emma's challenge. The theme is about bugs.

For my Card I used a lite Cartridge that I have not used that much, but I think that the little flower and bee are too cute.

I used Live Simply for the flower and bee cut. I used peachy keen stamps for the face on both. I also used hand stitching on the them. I also used twine for the bows.

Put Me In Coach Card

I love baseball and also softball. I have family that plays in the summer/spring so I wanted to make a card.

The file that I used is from Creative Kuts called Put Me In Coach (boys).

This is the front of the card. I used Copics to color the images. I also hand cut the images. I also used glossy accents on the bat and the ball. The Lets play ball is from Pink By Design.

I used Peachy Keen for the face in the bear. I also used Peachy Keen for the stamp with the Happy St. Patrick's Day.

For the card base I used some light blue card stock.

Valentine Treat

I made this cute little Valentine treat with the BAP on the the Creative Kuts fan Page. Tomorrow is the last day to request the file if you a would also like to play.

Here is my treat that I made.

I used the file from Creative Kuts for the Build a Project. I also used My Creative Time Stamps for the little bear in the heart.

I inked the edges with cat chalk ink. I used twine for the bow.

For my Valentine card I used my E2 and the cartridge Cricut Decals.

For the card I cut the image out at size 2.5 inches. I used Peachy Keen Stamps for the face. The set I used from Peachy Keen is Happy Lashes Assortment. I stamped the heart on guy with the heart in the Happy Mail set from My Creative time. Then I also used 100% Sweetness set from My Creative Time on the front of the card.

I also used some twine for the bow on the girl. Then I added pearls on the card also.

Here is the card so you can see the front and the inside of the card.

For the inside of the card I used 100% Sweetness and the Stitched Heart Die by My Creative Time. I also added hand stitching to match the front of the card.

A day at the farm Layout

I grow up on the farm, and I love going back and visiting. So I was very excited to see the new file at Creative Kuts "You're Such A Deere" . I wanted to make a card with the image, but it was too big so I made a layout.

I used card stock and also DCVW Playtime Stack for paper.

I used copics to color the image ans also cat eyes ink. For the face I used Peachy Keen Stamps.

Queen of my Craftroom

This week the challenge over at queen of my Craftroom is to make a Valentines day treat project!

Here is my Project

I made a gift bag and put in some Dove chocolate. This was an easy project to be able to make a few and not take a long time to make them.

Here is an up close image of the center of the bag. I used an SVG file for the image. I used a dolly and inked it with red ink. I also used a white pen for the details on the bags.

Peachy Challenge 03 :: Paper Roll

For the Peachy Keen Challenge this week the challenge was use a empty toilet paper roll!

I used the empty toilet paper roll to be able to make a finger puppet, and then I made a shape card to attach the finger puppet to.

The fireman is a SVG File from SVG cuts. I used my ecraft to cut the image out. For the face I used Peachy Keen Face Boy Mates. I did keep the mustache on the face that I cut and placed on top of the stamped face.

Today it is snowing here and I'm snowed in. So I thought it would be a nice day to work on some crafting items.

For my Birthday my hubby got me an ecraft so I could cut SVG with it so I used SCAL 3 and my Ecraft to cut all the images out for my card.

Print and Cut with the Cameo

I made this fun little card with my Cameo and the Print and Cut. Let me tell you that I love the being able to print pattern paper to match my cards. The other thing that I like is being able to have the pattern match the

The pattern paper used is from fruits by Valerie Foster and the cute little apple is a cut file apple & pear by Lettering Delights.

With the help of RGB codes I was able to match the colors in the pattern paper. This was also used for the apple.

Then the twine that I used was from doodle twine. I used My Creative Time stamps for the saying.

I used a white gel pen for all the details. I also used ink to ink the layers of the card.

I'm so very excited for this weeks theme because I love snow people.

For my card this week I made my snow people with a file from Creative Kuts. The file that was used is Snow Much Love.

I'm starting to make Valentine cards. I love this time of year all the pink and red colors.I also love people taking time to tell people how much they mean to them (I think this should be done all the time).

Well the theme of this card come from a fun new cut file from Creative Kuts. Right now they have 10 new files. The file that I used is I S-O-D-A Love You File.

Here is a close up photo. I colored the people with copics, and then chalked. To make the whip cream I used my snow writer.

Tonight I started making my Valentines day cards. I used a cut file from Creative Kuts. When I saw this file I knew that I had to buy it. I love anything to do with birds or owls. I think the images all look fun. Well this file is called Love Birds. I would also like to say that it was very easy to put the images together to make the card.

I cut all the paper out with my SCAL 2. Then I used my Copic markers to color the images and to added details.

I stamped the bow with my Close to my heart stamp and then added glitter.

I then I also stamped the face on the birds.

Miss You Card

Here is a simple card that I made to send as a Miss you card. I got the image from Stretch N Bubbles. I cut the image out with my Cameo. Then used copics to color the image.

I used glossy accents on the eyes. I also added the coffee cup from Pink by Design stamps.

I also used Pink By Design for the Miss You Stamp. The paper is from Hobby Lobby.

I hope that everyone had a wonderful night last night and enjoyed ringing in the new year. I can not believe it is now 2012, because it feels like 2011 was just here.

With the new year here it is also the start to a new challenges at Queen of my Craftroom. This week the theme is New Years Challenge. You can create a card, layout, altered project anything goes! Make Sure to go over to the blog to see what all the design team members have made.

I made a card using print and cut with my Cameo (my hubby got me one for Christmas).

The girl is from Lettering Delights from the set Happy Harajuku Birthday. Then the circle is a shape from the Silhouette store.

Here is a close look at the image. I added the doodles to make it look like confetti and also glued some on the card for dimension.

The banner is made from Pink by design stamps.

For me it is very fun to give gifts and make home made gifts. In 2011 I really worked hard on some fun items for my home and also for gifts. I hope that in 2012 I will continue to be able to make different 3-d item.

I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend. I was very happy to spend time with family.

Now with the end of the year coming I wanted to post some of my Favorites from 2011, so today I will post some of my favorite cards that I made. I have to say that in 2011 I pushed my limits with cards and tried new things. I really love digi stamps and copics marketers, but I still love using die cuts with stamps. Here is my Top 10 Favorite cards not in order, but just the top 10.

Celebrate the Occasion

Today is a new challenge for Celebrate the Occasion. You have until Sunday to entry your project. You will also want to go over to the blog to see what all the other design team members have made for this week.

Celebrate the Occasion also has had a a design team call for the past couple of weeks. I have decided to step down, because I want others to be part of this wonderful group. I also feel that it is time for me to work on other crafty projects to come in the new year. I have a feeling that 2012 will be a fun year.

The challenge for this week is to make a shape card that is Holiday themed.

I used Art Philosophy for the card base shape. Then for the digital image I used an image from Kich N Bleus Christmas collection. I colored the image with my copic markers.

I used Market Street Stamps for the Happy Holiday stamp. This stamps was a part of the new release from November 2011. The die cut is from My Creative Time. I added some gems.

Print and Cut with the Cameo

One of the reasons I wanted the Cameo was because of the print and cut. Well I made a card with a graphic from Lettering Delights.

I'm still learning a lot about the Cameo.

The graphic set is Sweet 16.

Holiday Card.

Last night Jerad and I had our Christmas. He is a wonderful hubby. He gave me a Silhouette Cameo, so I have been learning how to use it.

Last night I made a card with Bodoni Ornaments ITC TT font and Silhouette Studio.

The green glitter is a what was cut with the font. Then I added the glitter. The stamp is from Market Street Stamps.

Simple card, but very fun to make. The circle was a die cut.

Gift Set using the Cricut Imagine

This was one of the gifts that I made for the secret snowflake at work. It is a gift set that includes a journal with pencil. Then I also made a canvas bag for it all to go in.

I used Enjoy the Seasons for the snow person. I then added all the gems with hot glue to make sure that the stay.

The notebook was from Michaels in the dollar gifts. It only had the snowflakes.

The Stamps of the snowflakes are from Market Street Stamps. Hope you like this fun and simple gift idea.

How to make giving Gifts Cards Fun.

This holiday I will be giving some gift cards as gifts. I had mixed feeling about this, because for me the fun part of gift giving is thinking about the gift. I really love to give to others, because I feel that I have been blessed in my life. Then I thought about it, I can make custom gift bags for the gift cards.

Peachy Keen had small canvas bag on sale after Thanksgiving, and I knew it would be the right size for gift cards.

I also used my Cricut Imagine with the cartridge Snow Angel. I printed and cut on fabric paper that I could iron on to the bags.

I used Market Street Stamps for the snowflake on them. Then I also added the gems and a bow.

I will be making more. I was thinking that I would place these on the tree.

At work this week is secret snowflake.

So this past weekend, I got some crafting done. It was nice to be able to have time.

Well here is one gift that I will be giving.

I used Snow Angel to print the paper. I also used snow angel to be able cut the snow man.

Then I also used Art Philosophy to be able to cut the box out. I also cut the tag out with Art Philosophy.

I filled the box with hot coca and candy canes.

This is a simple, but fun gift that you can make. I know I have seen a lot of other blogs use the Art Philosophy Cart for the boxes. I hope you all have a wonderful Monday.

I hope that everyone has had a wonderful weekend for Thanksgiving. I know that I was able to spend some time with my family and also help celebrate my Grandma 85th birthday.

I know that I have not been posting very much for the past 2 months. I'm very sorry, but I have not been feeling very well. I do feel better now. I also have been very busy with making invites for the baby shower and the center pieces. Then I also have been getting ready for the Advent Craft Festival at my church that is today (last night my DH and I made 300 baby Jesus).

After this weekend I promise I will be back and crafting more, to be able to post more. I have missed posting and making items.

I do have a project today. This is something that I have made before old project. That said I wanted to make them for holiday gifts and I wanted to update the old ones that I made. The green with flowers were not working any more. So for my living room I made the coffee coasters. So here is the first two that I made, but more will be coming soon.

Celebrate the Occasion

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. I'm so very excited to be able to spend some time with family.

Today is a new Celebrate The Occasion challenge. The theme this week is "Thanksgiving (must use buttons)".

Here is my project:

I made a small bag that I can fill with treats for Thanksgiving. This was treat bag was simple to make.

I colored the image with my Copics and then I outlined the image with my Bic Marker. I used the center key on my Cricut to cut out the image. The image is from Designed 2 Delight.

The pattern paper that I used was DCWV. I placed two buttons and also some bows.

Okay on to my project for today. I wanted to make a card that I could send to a veteran.

To make this project I used Long Classic Rectangles from Spellbinders. I then used the sew machine to sew the two pieces together. The stars are from a stampin up punch. I then used a star stamp from Pink by Design. Then I also used Creative Time stamp for the Hero stamp.

The paper is from paper pad we r memory keepers paper set called Yankee doodles. It is a 6x6 paper pad.

For the center I used another spellbinder die, and then used a Pink By Design stamp for the sentiment.

I would like to take this time to say Thank you all Veterans.

For my card I used some paper from Hobby lobby and then printed a Digial image. The stars are punches from Stampin up. I used My Creative Time for the Hero.

I wanted to be able to make a few cards that I could sent to Operation Write Home. I thought that would be a wonderful thing for Veteran's Day

Kich N Bleus Spooky Collection #3

Today is a new release for Kich N Bleus

Let me say that I love this collection. It is wonderful and is perfect for any last minute gift ideas. Go to the store to be able to get the full details.

Okay now on to my project for today. I wanted to make something that I could give out for people to be able to put all there photos in after Halloween.

The stamp is from the Kich N Bleus Spook Collection #3. I colored the image with my computer. I did go back over some of the details with glitter and chalk.

I then added the extra bats with a punch. I used a black and white gel pen for the details. I used borader punch to be able to punch the paper.

The paper that was used is from We R memory Keepers.

The album was made with a Your Story photo.

Celebrate the Occasion Challenge

It is Tuesday and you know what that means.It is time for another Celebrate the Occasion Challenge.

This week the challenge is to make something with the Theme FALL.Remember you can only enter one time and you have until Sunday the 30th.

Okay now on to my project. I'm need of home decor to have in my home. So I used this project to help with that.

I started with a dollar store frame, and then used painted and crackle paint on it.

I also used ink to ink on top of paint.

The images are printed and cut using my imagine. The cart that I used with Enjoy the Seasons. I inked around the edges.

To give more depth I used pop dots. I added the twine on the pumpkins for more details.

The saying is a stamp from Market Street Stamps.

Kich N Bleus Spooky Collection #2

Today over at Kich N Bleus Designs it is the second week that we are working with Spooky Collection #2.

Here is my card

To make this card I used my sew machine to make the black background. I wanted something that would look spooky.

To color the image I used photo shop. Then I colored the dressed and then added glitter with glossy accents. I think that the glossy accents give it a 3-d look.

I also put some buttons on the card.

Celebrate the Occasion Challenge #34

Welcome back to other Celebrate the Occasion. Team #1 did a wonderful job last week, and this week is team #2 turn with the challenge.

This week's theme is "Any Occasion (must use red, black and white)"

The October's drawing is for a Recollection Paper Punch, so make sure to enter your projects.

Okay this week on to what I made. I wanted to make something that I could send just because to someone. I love the color combo red,black, and white. So I made a gift set that have quotation on them that can inspire.

A photo of both items that I made to go together.

To make the card I used different items. For the white card base I used a plain white card base and added the black stitching to it. With the Black layer I went to my Sew Machine to sew it on with white thread. I then added the Studio G gems to the the sides. I placed a dolly on the card, and added the heart. I embossed the heart. The flower is from Jolee that I removed some of the layers to add the punch with the quotation. I stamped the quotation from pink by design.

Now on to the bag.

The bag was super simple. I went to Big Lots and they had gift bags in set that they were selling for 1, so I got some. This one had handles that I cut off, because it did not match with the colors(it was a light brown color). Then I added the white stitch marks with my gel pen. Before placing the dolly on the bag I stamped it with Pink by Design.

Okay now on to my project..

I have been into making bags for Halloween. So that is what I made. One of the reasons I love Digi Stamps is because you can size the image to the needed size. You can also color the image on the computer and then print on heat transfer paper.

I used a canvas bag and sprayed it with pink glitter (I think it turned out to be more of a purple color). Then I colored the image on the computer.

From the new collection I used 2 images for this project. I used cat and I also used Kich.

Printed and used the heat transfer paper to place it on the bag. I then Stamped the Happy Halloween on it and also Trick or Treat. I also added the glitter to the images.

This is what I made for my 1st time working with clay and making it into Jewelry.

Here is a close up.

I mixed two colors of Red for the different colors of red. I also added the gems. I then also added glitter to the clay.

I will wear it. I think it is fun, and with BIG red football here I need all the red I can get.

Okay Font Cartridges... I started looking at them and noticed all the different type of images on the Font carts.. WOW I need to look at these more.

I picked Songbird for the Font Cartridge. I do not remember using this one, so I want to push myself to make something with it.

Birthday Card

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I was super busy this weekend. I will be posting the winner of the blog hop, but I did not have time on Saturday and Sunday I spent time with my Family. As soon as I'm home on Monday I will be posting.

I did make a birthday card for a 2 year old. I know right now that Cricut.com has a deal on the cupcake late cartridge, so I wanted to make something with the one that I had.

This is my shape card.

I used my Gypsy to hide and weld the card together. I also welded the 2 on the cupcake. The 2 is from celebrations cartridge.

I embossed the 2 with polka dots from My Creative Time stamps. It is the background stamp in the build a banner kit. I also added some twine bows.

Then I cut the cupcake out 2 times to make the layers. I stamped the Happy Birthday with a recollection stamp.

Then I used glitter stickers for the name.

Okay on to the project for today. I used Shrinky Dinks to make the project today. The kind that I used was one that you can use with your printer.

I know right now a trend is having saying that are inspiring. I have seen them around a lot. Some about being happy or love.

So I used my Pink by Design Stamps. I used two stamps sets for this project I used The Life You Imagined- Stamp of the month for August 2011 and Just a Note.

Here are the two charms that I made. The printing was done on my Imagine.

I used Mickey and Friends and then I used Buccaneer for the pattern print. Before placing in the oven I stamped the saying "Happiness is a choice". This saying is on the The Life You Imagined- Stamp of the month for August 2011by Pink by Design.

Then I added a clear coat to the top. I also added some gems to it.

The 2nd charm is

The printing is a little darker so the saying is a little harder to read. It says You're so Amazing. The pattern print is from Hopscotch. This one I left off a chain because it has a pin in the back. To be able to be worn on a coat in winter.

Blog Candy
Today my blog candy is to help you with punches and cuts. I wanted to be able to have some candy that will can help with your cards or layouts for the holidays.

Okay now on to the project that I made for the day,

I'm starting to make gifts to give for the holidays so today I made a gift set. This gift set includes a bag, card set, and also a t-shirt.

I used hot pink fabric and Heat n Bond to be able to make my Minnie Mouse gift set.

Here is a photo of the card and bag. I wanted to keep every with the same hot pink fabric and ribbon.

I cut the Minnie Mouse head from Mickey and Friends cartridge. The size was 2.5 inches. The other side looks like this.

Here is a photo of the card set that I made. I kept it simple, but keeping the same hot pink and black. I used a stamp from Pink by Design to add the saying.

Now for the T-Shirt that I made.
I keep the same theme Pink and Black.

I cut the image from the cartridge at size 5 inches and on the arms it a punch that I have.

For my card I used a boarder punch and I colored the image in with prismacolor. The image is called Autumn Mums. The set also comes with more the image.

Get Well Card Set

Hello everyone. I'm starting to work on Holiday Gifts, and today I'm going to show you two card that I'm going to be putting in a card set for a gift. I think it is always hard to find a good get well card, or if I need one I may not have time (so the card I send may not be what I would like to send).

So I used the new collection from Kich N Bleus to make a some get well cards for a gift set.

Here is my card.

This is a simple 4x4 card that I colored the image with my copics. I also added the pearls. I punched out the oval and stamped the saying in it.

Then for my next card I used a Kich N Bleus image that was an Exclusive.

Stamp of the Month- Guess Who

Hello I hope that everyone is having a wonderful week. Pink by Design on Tuesday had the Stamp of the month- Guess who as the Stamptastic Tuesday stamp.

I can not wait to see what the next stamp of the month is. I have had so much fun with this stamp set.

I'm really into the idea of giving treat bag that can be used for tricking or treating.

Here are two bags that I have made.

I stamped on the green canvas bag the images then sewed the buttions on the bag.

Here is a gift card to go with it.

The next bag I made is this one.

For this bag I stamped the images on transfer paper and then used the iron to attach it. I also used my cricle punch for the cricles.

On the little people I added a little glitter to give more details.

I used my Copics to color the image.

Celebrate the Occasion Challenge

Hello!! I hope that everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday. It is Team 2 turn at Celebrate the Occasion. Last week Team 1 did a wonderful job with all the birthday cards and balloons.

Okay this week the challenge was to make something with a Ribbon on it.

I placed my ribbon on around the card stock and I also used a little twine on it to mix up the ribbon and twine.

To make the ghosts I cut them out of Simply Charmed. Then I added the fun little faces with my peachy keen faces.

The bats are stamps from Peachy Keen.

I also added a button and twine on the ribbon.

Okay now make sure to go on over and enter and see whatever one else has made for the challenge.

Market Street Stamps Challeng

Okay so this week is a big one over at Market Street stamps they have sneaks up of the new release all week. WOW they have done an excellent job.

Welcome Home Card...

I made this card, because I was inspired by all the yellow ribbons in my neighborhood. We had a Solider in our neighborhood come home with his company. I also have a family member that will be leaving soon.

I stamped the clouds with a pink by design background stamp.

I cut the tree out with Live Simply. I run the part of the tree though the Cuttlebug. Then I tied a yellow ribbon around it.

The grass I cut and inked.

Then I stamped "My Hero" on it. This is from Pink by Design.
